I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy King Room with the Sofa Bed and how well-maintained everything was! I loved relaxing at the pool and taking advantage of the game room with friends. One small hiccup was the Wi-Fi being a bit slow at times, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

Family Friendly with Excellent Service

While I was there, the front desk staff went out of their way to help my son who was scared of the elevator. They gave us a room on the main floor so he wouldn't feel so anxious and the receptionist even left us with a bottle of water, nice touch.

This hotel had a great location near plenty of shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore. The room was clean with comfortable beds, but the noise from the street was a bit annoying. The shuttle service was unreliable, adding frustration to an otherwise nice stay.

Conveniently located near a Whole Foods and numerous restaurants, this hotel makes exploring easy. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, perfect for a restful night. However, the tight dimensions were frustrating, especially with furniture placement causing constant bumps. The lobby appeared in need of a good cleaning, as the terrazzo floors were marked up and the overall dim lighting did not create a welcoming atmosphere.

The parking situation was a complete disaster. First, it was utterly confusing where to park, with poor signage leading us to believe there was more accessible parking. Once we finally figured that out, entering the hotel from the garage was a hassle, requiring multiple key cards and buzzers just to get in. It was more frustrating than it should have been, detracting from what could have been a nice stay.

I loved the convenient access to shops and fantastic dining options just a short walk away! The exercise facilities across the street were great, allowing me to stay active during my visit. Plus, having a Whole Foods right across the street made it super easy to grab snacks and essentials!
